HB 484, 52nd R.S.
Relating to amending certain acts by providing that the manager or operator of a bus line for compensation in the State of Texas shall provide sanitary toilet accommodations on the buses used in such operation and that the human excreta from such accommodation shall not be deposited upon the roads, highways, streets or other property within the State of Texas; that there shall be separate accommodations for men and women; and, that the accommodations shall meet the standards established by the Texas State Department of Health.
