Relating to amending certain acts relating to the conservation, storage, control, development and equitable distribution of the water of the watershed of the Nueces River and its tributaries; requiring the consent and approval of the Board of Directors of the Nueces River Conservation and Reclamation District for the use, diversion, storage or impounding of any waters of such watershed beyond present actual use, diversion, storage or impoundage.
