Relating to making it unlawful to sell, give or barter or cause to be sold, given or bartered to any minor under the age of eighteen (18) years or to sell to another for delivery to such minor any narcotic drug as defined in the Penal Code of the State of Texas, except as otherwise authorized in same code; prescribing the penalty for conviction for violation of this act.
