Relating to amending certain statutes pertaining to salaries of the County Board of School Trustees in certain counties; providing that certain Articles shall not apply to counties of more than four hundred fifty thousand (450,000) population and less than five hundred fifty thousand (550,000) population according to the last preceding Federal Census.
