Relating to the creation of the Texas State Loyalty Board and providing for the compilation of said Board of List of Communists and Subversive Organizations, and providing for the transmittal of said lists throughout the State and all agencies; declaring the public policy of this State with respect to the Communist Party and Communist Front organizations, and particularly with respect to the infiltration of the members of such Party and organizations into the government of this State; containing a severability clause.
