Relating to amending H. B. 17, Acts, Regular Session of 46th Legislature, shall be administered by the "Texas Real Estate Commission"; providing that the Texas Real Estate Commission will stand in lieu of the Secretary of Texas and the Administer of the Securities Division; making certain exceptions; providing criminal penalties and enforcement actions for violations; providing a saving clause.
