Relating to providing for regulations of life insurance and health and accident insurance issued in connection with loan transactions; repealing all laws or parts of laws in conflict with this Act to the extent of such conflict; fixing a penalties for providing false information or refusing to comply with the terms of this Act; declaring the provisions of this Act to be severable.
