HB 482, 51st R.S.
Relating to providing for the establishment of a Medical Branch of the University of Texas in Temple or Bell County, Texas; appropriating for the remodeling of buildings acquired under provisions of this Act, a sum of fifty-thousand (50,000) dollars for the financial year ending August 31, 1951, from the General Revenue Fund of the State of Texas; appropriating for equipment, operation and maintenance of said Medical Branch, a sum of two hundred thousand (200,000) dollars for the fiscal year ending August 31, 1950, and a like sum for the fiscal year ending August 31, 1951, from the General Revenue Fund of t he State of Texas; providing a saving clause; repealing all laws or parts of laws in conflict with this Act to the extent of such conflict only.
