HB 493, 51st R.S.
Relating to amending a previous Act, so as to provide that unless a certified copy of a certificate of birth is specifically requested, the State Registrar or Local Registrar shall issue, upon payment of a fee of fifty cents a certification of birth containing only the name, sex, color, date of birth and place of birth of person to whom it relates.
