Remarks: This Act takes effect September 1, 2009, except Sections 162.3041 and 264.101, Family Code, as amended by this Act, and Section 264.855, Family Code, as added by this Act, take effect October 1, 2010; Section 7 takes effect only if a specific appropriation for the implementation of the section is provided in a general appropriations act of the 81st Legislature.
