Relating to amending a previous Act, providing that the Board of Insurance Commissioners shall not make, prescribe or promulgate any regulation or rule that will make any form of deductible clause mandatory applicable to windstorm, hurricane and hail insurance on all buildings and structures; providing a saving clause.
