HB 743, 51st R.S.
Relating to requiring each person who is holding land openly and in peaceable and adverse possession to file his intention to hold such land with the Office of County Clerk of the county in which the land is situated before limitation will begin to run against the person having title to such property under a deed or deeds duly recorded; providing this Act shall be cumulative.
