HB 759, 51st R.S.
Relating to providing that each consolidation, or attempt at consolidation, or or into a Rural High School District, (whether such consolidated district be in one or more counties) where a majority of the combined total of the legally qualified voters voting in such election in all of such districts, voted in favor of such consolidation, is hereby in all things validated and confirmed and each such district is declared and found to be duly and legally consolidated or established as though it had been so consolidated or established in the first instance; providing that that this Act shall not apply to any district, the validity of which is in litigation on the effective date of this Act.
