Relating to donate and grant State ad valorem general fund taxes to Armstrong, Bailey, Briscoe, Borden, Castro, Cochran, Crosby, Dawson, Deaf Smith, Dickens, Floyd, Garza, Hale, Hockley, Lamb, Lubbock, Lynn, Oldham, Parmer, Randall, Scurry, Swisher and Terry Counties for a period of two years, 1949 and 1950, for the control and eradication of Bindweed, Johnson Grass and other types of noxious weeds.
