Relating to amending a previous Act, providing that no tax shall be levied for the Confederate Pension Fund prior to January 1, 1953, and thereafter only such tax shall be levied as is required for the payment of Confederate Pension and the rate for such tax thereafter shall be fixed by the Automatic Tax Board and in no event shall such tax exceed Two (2) Cents on the One Hundred ($100.00) Dollar valuation.
