Proposing an amendment to Section 2, Article VIII of the Constitution of Texas, so as to authorize the Legislature to exempt from ad valorem taxation passenger automobiles not used for the transportation of persons for hire; prescribing the form of the ballot; providing for the proclamation and publication thereof.
