Relating to amending a previous Act, providing for legal relationship between an adopted child and its parent or parents by adoption, clearly defining the status of an adopted child for all purposes, recognizing the validity of adoptions of other States on children residing in the State of Texas as to the effect of the adoption and rights of inheritance.
