SB 173, 51st R.S.
Relating to validating and declaring to be negotiable instruments certain securities heretofore issued by Counties, Cities, Towns, Districts and all other political subdivisions and municipal corporations and all renewals and refundings thereof, originally acquired from the issuers by the United States Government and its Agencies; providing that no securities shall be validated by this Act, the validity of which is being directly attacked in pending litigation; prescribing a severability clause; enacting other provisions relating to the subject.
