Relating to empowering and directing the State Department of Public Welfare to refund to the Federal Government One-Thousand Eight-Hundred and Ninety-Four Dollars and Sixty-Nine Cents ($1,894.69) to make adjustment in amounts expended in excess of those found necessary by the Social Security Administration for the proper administration of the Civilian War Assistance Program and the Enemy Alien Program; providing for a repealing clause and a saving clause.
