Relating to amending a previous Act, authorizing the Board of Directors of the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas to establish an adjunct to the College in Kimble County, Texas, authorizing said Board to provide at the adjunct any services which conform to the leading object of the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas.
