Relating to create an additional Criminal District Court for the County of Bexar to be known as "Criminal District Court No. 2 of Bexar County" and to provide for the jurisdiction, and organization of, and procedure in said Court; repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict herewith, and to provide the date upon which this Act shall become effective; providing a savings clause.
