Proposing an Amendment to Section 16 of Article IV of the Constitution of the State of Texas so as to provide that the Lieutenant Governor shall hold his office for the term of four (4) years and to provide that no person holding the office of Lieutenant Governor shall succeed himself in office; providing for the proclamation and publication therefor, and prescribing a form of ballot.
