Relating to making it the duty of the State Health Officer to determine and define areas in which foxes or other wild animals infected with rabies exist, and authorizing the State Health Officer to pay bounties for destruction of such animals and for the publication thereof; providing an open season on foxes or other wild animals in infected areas and permitting the sale of the hides and pelts thereof during the trapping season; providing exemptions; repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict herewith; providing a savings clause.
