Relating to transfer to the Texas State Library and Historical Commission, State Library for the purpose of performing the duties required by Chapter 403, of the General and Special Laws of the Fiftieth Legislature, Regular Session, 1947 with respect to the Records Administration Division to the amount of One Hundred Fifty Thousand ($150,000.00) Dollars, from the special funds of the State Board of Barber Examiners, Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Board of Hairdressers and Cosmetologists; appropriated such transferred funds.
