Relating to authorizing the Commissioner of the General Land Office to reinstate sales of land in Wilbarger County forfeited prior to August 1, 1943, ans after January 1, 1943, where the lands have been improved by the present occupant to the extent of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000) or more, providing that the provisions of this Act shall not apply as to intervening rights of third parties.
