HB 12, 50th R.S.
Relating to authorizing the governing boards of the several State institutions of higher learning to establish R. O. T. C. courses and other officer training courses in co-operation with the several branches of the Armed Forces of the United States, making an appropriation to said colleges for expense of initiating such a program; providing institutions now providing R. O. T. C. training are authorized to expend said appropriation to increase their program or add other units.
