HB 151, 50th R.S.
Relating to requiring every person now or hereafter employed by the State or any municipality or other subdivision, and every person receiving pay from any public funds before receiving any salary wages or other compensation, to take a certain pledge; making it a misdemeanor to violate said pledge and fixing the punishment therefor and for the discharge of such employee violating said pledge.
