Relating to amending the Penal Code to provide for remittance of 80% of county court fines and penalties and 85% of justice court fines and penalties recovered in prosecution of laws which it is or may hereafter be the duty of the Game, Fish and Oyster Commission to enforce; repealing laws and parts of laws in conflict.
