HB 387, 50th R.S.
Relating to creating a more efficient road system for Dallas County by establishing a uniform system of opening, construction, and maintenance of county roads; fixing certain penalties; declaring the construction to be placed upon this Act and requiring the Courts to take cognizance thereof; making the provisions of the Act cumulative with the General Laws on the subject when not in conflict, and in the event of conflict, making making the provisions of this Act to take control, and providing that nothing shall impair the right of the county to issue bonds under the provisions of the Constitution and the laws of this State; providing a saving clause and a repealing clause.
