Relating to defining license and regulating the business of making loans or advancements in the amount or of the value of six hundred ($600.00) dollars or less, secured or unsecured; providing for the repeal of all Acts and parts of Acts, whether General Special or Local, which relate to the same subject matter as this Act so far as they are inconsistent with the provisions of this Act; Providing that Act shall be void as a while if any part thereof held unconstitutional.
