HB 517, 50th R.S.
Relating to amending a previous Act, by providing that certain trailers and semi-trailers which are used by water carriers as a part of such water carrier's regular and accessorial facilities and equipment, shall pay the registration fees as herein fixed and provided; repealing all laws in conflict herewith; providing that if any section, subsection, phrase, clause, or sentance hereof shall be held invalid, the same shall not affect the remaining portions or provisions of this Act without such portion that may be held invalid.
