Relating to authorizing the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas to transfer the Field Laboratory for Apicultural Research from its present location near San Antonio in Bexar County to the Main Station Experimental Farm at College Station, Texas and to sell the state property including the 10 acres of land, buildings and improvements thereon and to use the proceeds for reestablishing the Laboratory at College Station.
