Relating to amending a previous Act, authorizing and empowering the Board of Directors of the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas to establish and maintain an Agricultural Experiment Station for the purpose of making scientific investigations and experiments in the study of agricultural problems relating to upbuilding of irrigated farms in the High Plains Region of Texas.
