Relating to amending certain Article pertaining to the term of office of trustees in common school districts so as to provide for the appointment and election of seven trustees for common school districts which have more than 300 scholastics; providing for the reduction of a seven member board to a three member board by an election; providing for filling vacancies in said office; repealing all laws in conflict therewith.
