HB 864, 50th R.S.
Relating to authorizing individuals, firms and corporations to construct and build improvements in Garner State Park and to charge for the use of such improvements, providing that upon receipt of revenues from such improvements sufficient to repay the investment made therein, with reasonable interest, not to exceed six per cent (6%) per annum, the said improvement shall revert and become the property of said Park; repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict herewith.
