SB 271, 20th R.S.
Relating to requiring sheriffs to report to the Adjutant-General, upon adjournment of the district courts in the several counties of this State, certified lists of all fugitives under indictment for felony in said counties, to providing the means and mode of securing such lists, and to prescribing the punishment for a failure or refusal to forward them.
