Relating to validating and confirming an ordinance passed by the city council of the city of Laredo, ceding to the United States of America certain streets intersecting land to be purchased by the United States of America for the purpose of providing a new site for the military post or reservation called Fort McIntosh, for the erection of fortifications and for such other uses as the government of the United States may desire.
