Relating to amending Article 5043, Chapter 6, Title 102, Revised Statutes, as amended by the Twenty-fifth Legislature, in Chapter 121 of said acts, relating to inspection of livestock so as to place Randall County under the operation of said law and remove Cochran, Cottle, Bailey, Parmer, Lamb and other counties from the operation of said law.
