Relating to amending Chapter 4, Title 7, of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the State of Texas, by adding thereto Article 525a, providing for the issuance of process for witnesses to residing in the county before the meeting of the district court, to testify before a grand jury, and to provide the punishment for the disobedience.
