SB 273, 26th R.S.
Relating to amending an Act to incorporate the city of Paris, and to prescribe its duties and liabilities, adopted by the 21st Legislature of Texas, and approved March 27th, 1889, by amending Section 4 of said act so as to make all officers created by said act elective by the qualified voters of said city.
