Relating to amending Article 5364, Title CXI, of the Revised Civil Statutes of 1895, relating to the "wool growing interests of the State, so as to exclude the counties of Aransas and Calhoun from the counties exempted from operation of said title, and to repeal all laws in conflict herewith."
