HB 475, 28th R.S.
Relating to making it unlawful for the owner, agent, lessee, receiver, or operator of any mine in this State to employ or permit any person to work therein unless at least two openings are provided in connection with each stratum or seam of ore or coal, and providing a penalty for the violation of the provisions thereof.
