Relating to fixing the venue of suits in behalf of the State for the forfeiture of the charters of private domestic corporations; for the cancellation of permits authorizing foreign corporations to transact business in this State, for enjoining or otherwise preventing any person, firm, corporation or association of persons from engaging in this State contrary to the laws thereof.
