SB 26, 30th R.S.
Relating to defining and regulating the practice of medicine; to create a Board of Medical Examiners for the examination and licensing of physicians and surgeons and to prescribe their qualifications; to provide for their proper registration, and to provide for the revocation of their licenses, and to fix suitable penalties for the violation of this act.
