SB 111, 30th R.S.

Relating to making it a misdemeanor punishable with a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $250 for any officer, or other person authorized by law to demand or receive fees of office, to willfully make out his account for fees in excess of those allowed by law, to present or file such account with the proper officer with whom the law requires the same to be presented or filed.
