Relating to authorizing the Commissioner of the General Land Office, with the consent and approval of the Governor and Attorney General, to sell the Guayule, Lechuguilla and other vegetation on school land, and to enter into contracts for the purpose of determining the commercial value of substances found upon public free school land.
