SB 139, 30th Regular Session
Relating to authorizing, enabling and permitting the territory situated within the bounds of the town of Tulia, in the county of Swisher and State of Texas, and other land and territory adjacent thereto, to incorporate as an independent school district for free school purposes only, to be known as Tulia Independent School District, with all the powers, rights and duties of independent school districts formed by incorporation of towns and villages for free school purposes only.
