Relating to creating a Bureau of Labor Statistics, and to provide for the appointment of a Commissioner of said Bureau, and to fix the duties of the said Commissioner, and to provide for the organization and maintenance of the said Bureau, and for the collection, preservation and dissemination of labor statistics in Texas.
