Relating to amending an act entitled "An Act to grant a new charter to the city of Dallas, Dallas county, Texas, repealing all laws or parts of laws in conflict therewith and declaring an emergency," providing that the board of commissioners shall have the power to appropriate private property for public purposes either within or without the city limits, whenever the said board shall deem it necessary of certain purposes, and by further amending said act, providing for the holding of a special bond election for the purpose of determining upon the proposition of issuing bonds of the city of Dallas, for the purpose of disposing of and diverting the sanitary sewerage of the city for Trinity river.
