SB 188, 31st R.S.
Relating to authorizing and permtting the territory situated within the bounds of the town of McLean, in the county of Gray, and the State of Texas, and other lands and territory adjacent thereto, to incorporate as an independent school district, for free school purposes only, to be known as the McLean Independent School District, with all the powers, rights and duties of independent school districts formed by incorporation of towns and villages for free school purposes only.
